I am a seasoned professional with over 35 years of leadership and management experience in the corporate, dynamic, data analytics arena. I understand what it takes to create success and thrive personally and professionally, and that every individual adn business has unique talents, hopes and ideas.
My passions for people, consistency and continual improvement drive effective collaboration and connections. I care deeply about facilitating conversations that lead to realistic problem solutions based on understanding Talents, Hopes, Roadblocks, Ideas and Vision, and bringing that together to Execute the plan for success. I've managed teams remotely and been a global lead helping to inspire a 4,000+ strong community in an inclusive environment. I created the Data Literacy Metrics Hub to empower data consumers and analytics creators to understand and unlock powerful insights from their data. I've facilitated and hosted hundreds of training sessions to empower others to apply data and analytics insights.

As a mentor and coach, I've had the privilege of collaborating with dozens of individuals and businesses seeing, first-hand, the difference that making habitual, small changes has on a journey of growth. As a group facilitator and trainer, I've helped people understand data, learn more about themselves, and find new truths, unlock their potential and improve their impact.

Aside from the professional me, I'm a Cross-Fitter, paddle boarder, parent, dog lover, reader, puzzle solver, classic car fan, francophile, walker, music lover (usually something energetic), oenophile - amongst other things! And, in the spirit of #AlwaysBeLearning, I have recently started sea rowing.
